Quetion 8:

Does the Camera have a Slow Speed Dial Lock?

Some cameras had a small lock on the slow speed dial to prevent it from being moved accidentally.

This is an example of a camera with no film speed reminder dial. This was often left off as an economy measure on the less expensive models.

Here you can see the film advance knob has a reminder dial on the top of it. Your camera may not look exactly like this but you get the idea.

If you make a wrong selection you can go back one step or all the way to the beginning one step at a time. If you simply get lost or want to look up another camera you can go straight to the beginning again and start over. Or, if you feel you don’t need all the explanations you can go to the Rapid Finder. You get the same questions but in abbreviated form with no discussion or photos.
